Sooty Mutation

This Mutation has alot of influence on the Volburs hinde legs and rump. The black back is on top of the head uniform and starts to spread out to the sides till it covers the whole hind part of the Volbur. The rest of the body is the same as a Natural State Volbur excpet that it has or can have a white blaze. The color of the Volbur also seems to fade out torwards the Sooty Mutation on the back.

Sootys can have any color there is similar to Opal.

Regions

  • Red -  can be of any color

  • Blue - can be of any color, usally ligther faded colors towards the black region

  • Black - for a tradional one it stays black, but can mutate

Double Mutations

As the name says it, these mutations can only be achieved if 2 mutations are combined. Only 2 at the time can be combined, without counting the natural state.

Yes, the natural state gene has to be present again in order to express any of these.

If it is missing, it is considered an Omitt.

These are again only guides on how they can look like as fully doubles. They can slightly differ if one mutation is not fully active. You can read more about it here in "Natural State".
